Free Delivery Over £75
Free standard delivery is available on UK orders with a product value of £75 or more after discounts. The offer applies to UK shipping addresses only and excludes gift cards and delivery fees. If returns reduce your order below £75, standard delivery costs may be deducted from your refund. We may amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact hello@simplykind.co.uk.
Where goods have already been dispatched to you, the goods must be returned to us in accordance with the ‘Returns and exchange’ section below.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, simply email hello@simplykind.co.uk.
If it is a fault at our end, you can return them to us at any time within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible after you cancel your order.
If you decide to return a non-personalised item for any reason other than a fault or product issue, you will be responsible for the cost of returning it.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
By the nature of the items, personalised items are not resellable, and therefore we DO NOT accept returns for any item that has been personalised.

Discounts
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact hello@simplykind.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on the next steps and rectify as soon as possible.
Faulty item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact hello@simplykind.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of misuse.
