How do I get free delivery?
We currently offer free delivery on orders above £75.
How fast is shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days. Allow up to 7 days for personalised items.
When will my order be delivered?
Once dispatched, for UK standard delivery (5-7 working days), orders will be delivered Monday-Friday (except bank holidays).
Can I customise gifts?
Yes, many of our gifts include the option to personalise.
How are the products personalised and packed?
We use embroidery personalisation on blankets and clothing items, which gives a premium, long-lasting finish that won’t fade or peel over time. We also offer laser engraving on wooden items. Each method is carefully selected to make sure your name, logo or design looks great and stands the test of time.
All of our gift sets are thoughtfully packaged in premium-quality magnetic keepsake gift boxes.
I want to send a gift to someone but don't want them to see the price. Will any invoice be inside the parcel?
We do not include any invoice or any price in the packaging, as most of our customers send their gifts directly to the recipient.
Can I provide you with a specific gift message?
Yes, you will be given the opportunity to write your own personal message to the recipient on the product page. This will be lovingly handwritten and inserted within the gift box.
How do I know if my order has been successful?
When you have placed your order online you will receive an order confirmation email, this will have all the information you need.
