What are the delivery options?

£4.99 for standard UK delivery, International charges vary depending on parcel size and location.

How do I get free delivery?

We currently offer free delivery on orders above £75.

How fast is shipping

We aim to despatch all orders within 2-4 working days. Allow up to 7 days for personalised items.

When will my order be delivered?

Once despatched, For UK standard delivery (5-7 working days), orders will be delivered Monday-Friday (except bank holidays).

Returns Policy

We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from The Simply Kind Shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-calendar day returns policy. You can return any unused items for a refund or exchange as long as they’re in a resaleable condition, in their original packaging with tags still attached. This excludes items that have been personalised for you.
